Search Uplift sells premium domain names that we own. When you buy a domain from us, you buy directly from the owner — there is no third-party broker or middleman in between. We handle the sale and transfer ourselves, which keeps the process simple and the transfer fast. We are not a domain registrar; once a domain is yours, you can hold it at any registrar you choose.
Transaction Terms
All domain purchases are conducted through trusted third-party services — Escrow.com, GoDaddy escrow, or GoDaddy lease-to-own. You never send payment directly to Search Uplift. These escrow services hold your funds until the domain transfer is verified and complete, providing full buyer protection.
For lease-to-own transactions through GoDaddy, the domain is placed in your account from day one. Ownership transfers to you upon completion of all scheduled payments per GoDaddy's lease-to-own terms.
Pricing and Availability
Domain pricing is determined by market value and is subject to change. We make no guarantees that a specific domain will remain available or at a previously quoted price. All pricing is provided as part of a direct conversation and is valid for the timeframe specified in that communication.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website — including text, design, and layout — is the property of Search Uplift. Domain names offered for sale may be trademarks of their respective owners. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that their use of a purchased domain does not infringe on third-party trademarks or intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
Payments are handled by independent escrow services, and transfers are completed through domain registrars — both of which operate outside our control. We are not liable for delays, disputes, or issues arising from the escrow service, domain registrar, or transfer process. Our liability in connection with any sale is limited to the purchase price of the domain.
